Neck & Shoulders/Wall finger climb
Wall finger climb
  1. Stand facing a wall, about one fist away from it.

  2. Place the palm or fingers of the working arm on the wall.

  3. Walk your fingers up little by little, raising the arm gradually.

  4. Pause briefly at the highest comfortable point, then slowly walk back down.

Tip: Crawl the fingers up slowly within a comfortable shoulder range; never push through pain to go higher.
