Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of SoreGuide ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

Acceptance of terms

These terms apply to all visitors and registered users, whether or not you are signed in. They may be updated from time to time; the version currently published on this page is always the one in effect.

The service

SoreGuide provides AI-generated stretching and relief exercise suggestions for muscle soreness. Suggestions are produced automatically by AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Free accounts include a limited number of AI generations per month; quotas and features may change as the service evolves.

Health & safety disclaimer

Content on the Service is general wellness information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is no substitute for professional medical judgment. If you have an injury, or feel sharp pain, numbness, dizziness, or any discomfort that worsens, stop immediately and consult a qualified medical professional before continuing.

Accounts & fair use

Some features require an account (Google or email sign-in). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free quotas, as well as automated scraping, reverse engineering, or any interference with the Service, is not allowed.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its exercises, text, images, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. Your symptom descriptions remain yours. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not republish or resell its content without permission.

Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including free quotas) at any time. Where practical, significant changes will be announced on the site, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. If you keep using the Service after a revision is published, you accept the updated terms. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision.

Miscellaneous

If any part of these terms is held invalid, the rest remains in force. Questions about these terms can be sent to the contact email listed in our Privacy Policy.
